I will be teaching my first class on Tuesday, February 2nd at at Brooklyn Kitchen’s amazing new kitchen labs at The Meat Hook, right here in Williamsburg.

This brand spankin’ new facility is so amazing. There are two, huge, gorgeous kitchens and I will get to use one of them for this:

“Anita Sharp of Electric Blue Baking will teach this delicious class on desserts. Participants will go beyond chocolate and whipped cream; to make 2-3 delectable desserts with ingredients like basil, pineapple, raw cacao and pine nuts. We will discuss presentation and plating, taking into account the complete sensory experience of an aphrodisiac meal.”
